365 Day Returns!

At Spanksy, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase but if you’ve had a change of heart, we offer a 365 day money back guarantee on all unopened, unused products. 

If your item becomes faulty we also have a 12 months warranty!

Please message us via the support button to the right of the page on our site and we will offer no quibble replacements or refunds with the majority of items not needing to be returned*

If we require your item back, we will email you a free-post Evri returns label to send the item back for an exchange or refund via a local parcel-shop.

We want to take the hassle out of returning items wherever possible and resolve your problems quicker than you can say orgasm!

To return unused, un-opened item(s), simply download our Returns Formprint it off and include all the necessary information we require to process your return quickly. If you do not have access to a printer, please write down the information we need on a piece of paper :)

When returning no longer required items, please return it via a tracked service such as Hermes to ensure that it arrives back here safe and sound.

Please note that products must be returned in their protective sealed packaging - Any item opened will not be eligible for a refund. We don’t believe in washing used products and selling them on again because we want you to feel confident that you have received a brand spanking new product for your eyes only.

*We will require faulty goods back if singular items are £50+, Doxy Wand Vibrators, Satisfyers, Fleshlights or a Pipedream branded product. 


If you sadly receive your item damaged in transit, please email us via the “contact us” page attaching pictures of the damage and external packaging within 48 hours of receipt and we will offer a no quibble replacement without the need to return. 

I’ve received the wrong item

In the extremely unlikely event that you receive the wrong item (because Lizzy is an OCD packer) please get in touch with us and we will email you a free-post MyHermes returns label to send the item back for an exchange or refund.
